2. Services

We provide furniture supply, delivery, and installation services. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed when you accept our written quotation or place an order and we confirm acceptance.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Terms

For our supply and fit services, we offer flexible payment options:

• A deposit of 25% of the total order value is required upon acceptance of the quote
• Payment can be made in installments for supply and fit services
• Final balance is due upon completion of services
• For large commercial projects, payment terms will be agreed separately in writing

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cheque. Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

4. Delivery and Installation

We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery and installation dates. However, delivery dates are estimates only. The client must ensure clear and safe access to the delivery site is provided. Risk in products passes to the client upon delivery.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Full Refund

Customers are entitled to a full refund if a scheduled service has not gone ahead.

5.2 Cancellations

If you need to cancel before work begins, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or advance payment.

5.3 Work in Progress

Once a project has started, refunds will be assessed based on the stage of completion and any materials already purchased. We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and materials used to determine the appropriate refund amount.

5.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5.5 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to products that have been customized or made to your specifications.

6. Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. If products are defective or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund them at no cost to you.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Product Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information at the time of purchase.

7.2 Installation Guarantee

We guarantee our installation workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This guarantee covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or subsequent alterations by third parties.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from or in connection with services or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full response within 28 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
